I, the personal data owner (hereinafter the “User”), when placing (entering) my personal data in the “Feedback” form on the website https://arctic-council-russia.ru, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, freely, with my own will, and in my own interests, give my consent to the Roscongress Foundation, located at 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Entrance 7, Room 1101, Moscow, Russia, 123610 (hereinafter the “Operator”), to process this data under the following conditions:
Consent to the processing of personal data
- This consent shall be granted for the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automated tools.
- This consent shall be granted to make decisions based solely on the automated processing of my personal data.
- This consent shall be granted for the processing of my following personal data that is not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic, email address, and telephone number.
- Purpose of the processing of personal data: to provide a response to the User’s request.
- During the processing of the personal data, the following actions (operations) shall be performed: collection, recording, categorization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, or granting access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, or destruction.
- The Operator shall entrust the processing of personal data to RC-Media, located at 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Premises 350av, Room 1, Moscow, Russia, 123610 (hereinafter the Processor).
- The personal data shall be processed until 1 September 2023.
- This consent may be withdrawn by the User or the User’s representative electronically at: . The Operator and the Processor shall cease the processing of personal data and destroy it within 1 (one) month from the date on which the withdrawal of this consent is received.
