The Arctic Shipping forum will be held online. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event has been rescheduled for 27–30 October. The event will be combined with the Arctic Shipping in North America forum.
Over a period of several days, participants will discuss the development strategy for Russia, the US and Canada in the Arctic, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on shipping and maritime cruises as well as possible icebreaker routes.
Russian participants in the event will include Magomed Gekhayev, Deputy CEO of the Autonomous Non-profit Organisation Far East Investment and Export Agency; Sergey Khrushchev, Vice President of Rosgeologia JSC; Mikhail Grigoryev, CEO of the GEKON consulting company, and others.
